Park Court Toranomon is a 21-story condominium located in the rapidly transforming Toranomon district in central Tokyo. This neighborhood is undergoing a multi-billion dollar redevelopment spearheaded by Mori Building with the aim of making this a new hub for business, IT, shopping and entertainment.

This residential building was developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential, one of Japan's leading developers. There are 120 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. When new, apartments were priced from 163.5 ~ 219 million Yen and up.

The building is in a prime neighborhood and is just behind the Hotel Okura Annex, which is being redeveloped in the coming years.
