Omotesando Real Estate
Omotesando is Japan’s fashion district. It is home to the flagship boutiques of some of Japan's top designers as well as international luxury labels such as Prada, Chanel and Balenciaga. The area also has educational facilities including the Aoyama Gakuin University, British School and the United Nations University.
The Omotesando neighbourhood, which includes Minami Aoyama, Kita Aoyama and Jingumae, is the most desirable and sought-after area to live in central Tokyo. Demand for both new and old properties is high while supply is extremely limited. Development sites are also in short supply which is limiting future supply. The majority of residential properties that appear on the market in Omotesando are apartments. The luxuriously designed multi-million-dollar homes in this area are tightly held and rarely offered for sale.
