Rinnai Corporation has acquired Forest Hills East and West in Omotesando for an undisclosed price. The two buildings have a total floor size of 5,551 sqm (59,700 sq.ft) and sit on 1,843 sqm of land in the Minami Aoyama 4 Chome address.
The home appliance manufacturer plans to open an experience and brand center within the building within the next three to five years. This particular neighborhood has a number of home goods stores and brand-name shops.
Forest Hills was built in 1992 and is an office/retail tenant building located a 6-minute walk from Omotesando Station.
