Real estate developer Mori Trust will be opening the showroom for its latest luxury condominium in Tokyo on September 26. The low-rise condo is located near Yoyogi Park and the bustling Shibuya shopping district.

Foretseine Shibuya Tomigaya is a 6-story apartment building with 70 units ranging from 72.49 ~ 195.87 sqm (780 ~ 2,108 sq.ft). The penthouse apartment will feature a spiral staircase leading up to a private roof terrace.

Apartments will feature smart home systems allowing electronics to be controlled via phones and speakers. There will only be 57 car parks (55 x machine parking, and 2 x flat parking, including guest parking) for the 70 apartments.

Construction is scheduled for completion by late February 2022 with apartments to be delivered to buyers from the following March. Sales are expected to begin in early November 2020. Pricing has yet to be announced.

The 5,750 sqm site was once home to the vintage Yoyogi Terrace Apartment rental building. Yoyogi Terrace Apartment was built in 1980, replacing a former traditional Japanese-style restaurant. Many of the original features of the original garden and restaurant entrance gate were preserved within the grounds. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood just 550 meters west of Yoyogi Park and a 5 minute walk from Yoyogi-Koen Station.
