The Parkhouse Gran Sanbancho is one of Mitsubishi Jisho Residence’s ‘Gran’ series of apartments, which are the most luxurious of its offerings.
When new, apartments were priced from 71.7 ~ 295 million Yen, with an average price of 1,450,000 Yen/sqm. All new apartments were sold out by the developer by March 2014, five months before completion of the building.
Apartments have floor heating in the living/dining room and master bedroom.
The Parkhouse Gran Sanbancho is built using the base-isolation (menshin) method of earthquake-resistant construction. This is the highest grade and most expensive option. It reduces the amount of swaying in an earthquake which reduces the likelihood of furniture and valuables from falling over.
