Proud Toranomon is a 19-story condominium located in the Toranomon district in central Tokyo. This neighborhood is undergoing a multi-billion dollar redevelopment spearheaded by Mori Building with the aim of making this a new hub for business, IT, shopping and entertainment.

This residential building was developed by Nomura, one of Japan’s leading developers. There are 62 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Early buyers had the option to customise the interior finish and layout of their apartment. This is the redevelopment of an older condominium building that has since been demolished. 38 of the 62 apartments went to original landholders of the former building.

Construction was completed in October 2019. Sales began in June 2018, with apartments priced from 119 ~ 268 million Yen, or around 2.3 million Yen/sqm when new.

The building is in a prime neighborhood and is just a 2-minute walk to Kamiyamacho Station on the Hibiya Subway Line and an 8-minute walk to Roppongi Itchome Station on the Namboku Subway Line. The rear of the property backs onto Mori Trust’s ‘Tokyo World Gate’ project which is a 180m, 38-story tall mixed-use building containing office space, an EDITION hotel, and just 12 ultra-high-end penthouses. The World Gate building opened in 2020.
