ABOUT THIS BUILDING

Park Court Ichibancho is a 15-storey condominium located in Chiyoda’s high-end ‘Bancho’ neighbourhood, just west of the Imperial Palace. It replaced the 39-year old, 3-storey Homat Amber rental apartment building.

Features:

  • Base-isolation earthquake resistant construction.

Off-the-plan sales began in November 2016 and all new apartments had sold out by December 2017. The building contains 79 apartments over 15 floors of which 60 were made available for sale, with the remaining 19 given to collaborators of the development.

This building is constructed using the base-isolation (menshin-kozo) method of earthquake-resistant construction.

Tokyu Land’s ‘Branz The House Ichibancho’ condominium is located on the north-east side of this site. The 12-storey building was completed in late 2016. Apartments had an average price of around 2,680,000 Yen/sqm when new.
