The Nomura Real Estate Master Fund (NMF) is acquiring a 68-room hotel in Fukuoka for 3.8 billion Yen, or around 55.9 million Yen per key. This was part of REIT’s strategy of strengthening its resilience to inflation by offloading some residential assets with limited rental growth potential and acquiring a relatively new and well-located hotel.
