|Proud Roppongi is a luxury low-rise just 220 meters from Tokyo Midtown and 800 meters from Roppongi Hills. Apartments are on the large size for Japan with units ranging from 100 ~ 300 sqm +. There is currently just one re-sale listing in this building with an asking price of 2,330,000 Yen/sqm. This was a spacious apartment on a higher floor. It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building to date on a price-per-square-meter basis.|
|Aoyama Park Tower (2003)|
|A 34-storey high-end apartment building located a few hundred meters from Shibuya Station. The station area is undergoing a massive redevelopment and transformation over the next 9 years. The average asking price in this building is currently around 2,100,000 Yen/sqm. This has been the only publicly reported resale in this building in 2018. In 2017 the average resale price was around 1,845,000 Yen/sqm, up 9.2% from 2016 (1,690,000 Yen/sqm) and up 7.6% from 2015 (1,715,000 Yen/sqm). This was a spacious corner apartment on a mid-floor. It sold for 44% more than it previously traded for in 2015 and has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter-basis to date.|

|Proud Ebisu Minami is a 13-storey building located just a 2 minute walk from Ebisu Station. There is currently just 1 sale listing in this building with an asking price of 1,997,000 Yen/sqm. There have been 5 reported resales in this building to date, all in 2018, with an average resale price of 2,120,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment sold for approximately 1.8% less than an identical apartment a few floors down sold for in July.|

The average resale price to date in 2018 is around 2,070,000 Yen/sqm, up 5.6% from 2017 (1,960,000 Yen/sqm) but down 1.4% from 2016 (2,100,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment was on a high floor. It sold for 2.9% less than an identical apartment upstairs sold for in late 2017.|
|City Tower Azabujuban (2009)|
|City Tower Azabu Juban is located next-door to Park Court Azabu Juban The Tower. Current asking prices in this building range from 1,730,000 ~ 3,340,000 Yen/sqm. There were 20 apartments available for sale as at the end of November 2018. The average size of an apartment listed for sale was around 77 sqm (829 sq.ft). There have been 7 reported resales in this building to date in 2018 with an average sale price of 1,975,000 yen/sqm, up 3.7% from 2017 (1,905,000 Yen/sqm) and up 11.9% from 2016 (1,765,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment was on a mid-floor with sunny exposure. It sold for approximately 38% more than a similarly sized apartment on the same floor sold for in 2013.|

There have been 3 reported resales to date in 2018 with an average sale price of 1,522,000 Yen/sqm. This was a maisonette-style apartment on the mid floors of the building. It has been the second most expensive reported sale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date. The most expensive reported resale was in 1991 when an apartment sold for 1,638,000 Yen/sqm.|

|A high-rise located a 9 minute walk from Omotesando Station and 650 meters from the Olympic Stadium site. There were just 3 sale listings in the 220-unit building as at the end of November 2018, with an average asking price of 1,850,000 Yen/sqm. The average sale price to date in 2018 has been around 1,610,000 Yen/sqm, down 2.4% from 2017 (1,650,000 Yen/sqm). When new, apartments had an average price of 1,327,000 Yen/sqm. This was a tenanted apartment on a low floor. It sold with a gross yield of around 4.5%.|
|City House Ebisu Datezaka (2015)|
|City House Ebisu Datezaka is a 13-storey building located a 11 minute walk from Ebisu Station. Apartments were priced around 1,500,000 Yen/sqm when off-the-plan sales began in late 2014. There are currently 2 sale listings in this building with an average asking price of 1,740,000 Yen/sqm. This has been the only reported resale in this building. It sold for approximately 0.8% less than its price when new.|
