The Parkhouse Gran Kamiyamacho

The Parkhouse Gran Kamiyamacho is a luxury, low-rise apartment building located near Shibuya Crossing and Yoyogi Park in central Tokyo. It is in the historically wealthy Kamiyamacho/Shoto residential neighborhood which is home to several Embassies, low-rise apartments and large family homes.

This is part of Mitsubishi Jisho’s signature ‘The Parkhouse Gran’ series of luxury residential projects.

The average apartment size in this building is 104 sqm (1,119 sq.ft).

Sales began in September 2021 with the first round of apartments to be priced from the 290 ~ 580 million Yen range and sized from 118 ~ 160 sqm. All apartments had sold out by October 2022.

Completion is scheduled for November 2023 with apartments to be delivered to buyers from February 2024 onwards.

French-born designer Gwenael Nicolas was the design partner, having previously worked on projects for Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, and Ginza Six.

Since 1993 there have been just three condominiums developed in central Tokyo’s three wards of Chiyoda, Minato and Shibuya, that are in Cat. 1 Exclusively Low-Rise Residential Zones and on land over 4,000 sqm in size (according to MRC research, construction data from 1993 to 2021).
