The condominium replaced the old Mitake Mansion which was built in 1959 and demolished in late 2010. Owners of apartments in the former building received apartments in the new building.
The building is constructed using the base-isolation system (menshin), which is the highest grade of earthquake resistant construction.
Sales began in November 2011, and all apartments had been sold off-the-plan by July 2012. When new, prices ranged from 37.8 ~ 184 million Yen, with an average price of 1,380,000 Yen/sqm.
