Luxury apartments in Yotsuya sell out
All apartments in a luxury project near Yotsuya Station sold out in the first round of sales held last month.

Park Court Shibuya The Tower is a 39-story, 503-unit leasehold apartment building located just 500 meters south of Yoyogi Park and 600 meters north of the Shibuya Crossing. This is said to be the tallest building based on floor count to have exclusive-use rooftop space for penthouse units to have been developed since 1995 within the Tokyo metropolitan area.
This is a leasehold property with the land to be returned to Shibuya City at the end of the 70-year term. The redevelopment of Shibuya’s City Hall is partly covered by the land leasehold revenue.
Early buyers of the six penthouse apartments had the option to have their own private outdoor swimming pools installed by the developer.
The building was completed in August 2020.
The NHK TV Studio directly across the street on the Yoyogi Park side is scheduled to be redeveloped between 2025 and 2036. It will include several buildings ranging in height from 40 ~ 90 meters tall with construction to start in 2020 and final completion tentatively scheduled for 2036.

Tokyo World Gate tops out in Toranomon
Mori Trust’s ‘Tokyo World Gate’ project in Toranomon, Tokyo, topped out earlier this month. The 180-meter tall mixed-use tower is expected to open in March 2020, forming an important piece of Toranomon’s transformation into a global business hub.
