Sales in a high-end condominium in the heart of historic Kamakura City are scheduled to start in late August. The Parkhouse Kamakura is a 5-story luxury condo currently under construction alongside Wakamiya-Oji Avenue which leads up to the Hachimangu Shrine. It is the first condo to have been built within a 5-minute walk of Kamakura Station in the past ten years. This is also the first condominium developed by Mitsubishi to feature their full, underfloor central-air system.

The exterior was designed by Sakakura Associates architects and engineers and is in keeping with the traditional and historic features of old Kamakura. The 23 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 74 ~ 199 sqm (796 ~ 2,141 sq.ft). Two penthouse apartments are three-bed, two-bath types, while the remaining apartments in the building have one-bathroom each. Early buyers have the opportunity to customize the layout to their own preference.

The model room opened for private bookings on June 20, and will open to the general public on July 18. Sales are expected to begin in late August, although prices have yet to be announced. Construction is scheduled for completion in late December 2021 with apartments delivered to buyers from mid-February 2022.
