Meguro House is a vintage apartment building located between Meguro and Ebisu. It was built in 1969 and designed by Masachika Endo of Yendo Associates. The same architectural firm also designed Hiroo Garden Hills South Hill in the 1980s and the former Tokyo American Club in the 1960s.

The architect himself lived in one of the Meguro House penthouse apartments (it was for sale several years ago but no longer on the market). 

This outer-frame modernist apartment building has auto lock, and a stylish glass-wall entrance lobby. The most recent large-scale building repairs and maintenance were carried out in 2009.
