Homat Viscount is one of the more recent Homat Series of apartments. It is actually part of Akasaka Intercity building which has offices on floors 3 to 14 and the Homat apartments on 16 to 28. The new building replaced a number of smaller buildings on the site, which included the older low-rise Homat Viscount.

The average size of an apartment is 198 sqm (2130 sqft). The apartments range from 2 ~ 5 bedrooms and the largest apartment is 398 sqm (4185 sqft).

The residences have a separate entrance on the ground floor of the building. There is a 24hr front desk with English speaking staff. The 29th floor has a sky lounge, garden and gym for residents. Trunkrooms for each apartment are located on the 15th floor.

The building is next door to the American Embassy and is near the ANA Hotel and Ark Hills. A 200m tall mixed commercial and residential building is located on the block directly to the north of Homat Viscount (see below). This will affect views from North-facing apartments and could impact on views towards the Imperial Palace. Construction was completed in 2017.
