Mitsubishi Estate and Y.K. Goko completed construction of the 3rd MINAMI AOYAMA office building on March 16.
The staggered glass facade provides for large terrace-style inner and outer balconies for office tenants. A rooftop terrace adorns the building with an outdoor kitchen counter for entertaining. With tenants becoming increasingly picky about office building design and atmosphere, developers need to be innovative in order to maintain a competitive edge.
Office plates range from 773 to 863 sqm (8,317 ~ 9,286 sq.ft).
The 13-story, 14,739 sqm building is a 3-minute walk from Gaienmae Station and a 6-minute walk from Omotesando Station.
