The newest building in the Toranomon Hills area officially reached completion on January 20, 2022. Toranomon Hills Residential Tower is a 220-meter tall, 54-story luxury apartment tower developed by Mori Building. Residents will be able to move in from May.
Unlike its 256-meter tall north-eastern neighbor, Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, this one is entirely residential with a total of 547 apartments. This includes 160 serviced apartments on floors 4 to 11. Floors 12 to 54 has rental apartments and a few condo-style ones, with the one ~ five bedroom apartments ranging in size from 55 to 1,270 sqm (592 ~ 13,665 sq.ft). The 1,270 sqm apartment will be offered for sale in the second round of sales scheduled to take place this spring. Last summer, two apartments were offered for sale with prices ranging from 1.42 to 2.5 billion Yen, and per-square-meter pricing ranging from 4.5 to 6.6 million Yen.
On the rental side, the current price guide is for rents to start from 500,000 Yen/month, with a four-bedroom apartment to rent for 3,800,000 Yen/month. Current listings range from 1.57 to 2.61 million Yen per month for apartments sized between 155 and 226 sqm. This is similar to rental pricing for apartments in the neighboring Toranomon Hills building.
Residents will soon be enjoying their own private restaurant, library, art gallery, guest suites, 24hr bilingual concierge, doorman, porter, valet, housekeeping, room service, a 25-meter pool and spa on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and a bilingual medical staff consultation room. There will also be an international school on-site.
To date, this will be the highest grade residential project to have been offered by Mori Building.
