Despite having 505 units, there are currently just 2 sale listings (one already under offer) with an average asking price of 3,383,000 Yen/sqm. The average sale price in 2021 was 2,960,000 Yen/sqm, up 23.8% from 2020 (2,390,000 Yen/sqm) and up 37.0% from 2019 (2,160,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment sold for 14% more than an identical apartment a few floors down sold for in late 2020 and has been the most expensive reported resale on a price-per-square-meter basis in this building to date.

This apartment sold for 4.8% more than an identical apartment one floor down sold for in May and has been the second most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.

The average resale price in 2021 was 2,250,000 Yen/sqm, showing no change from 2020 (2,250,000 Yen/sqm) but up 3.8% from 2019 (2,168,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment was on a low floor.

There are currently just 3 sale listings in the 290-unit building, with an average asking price of 2,205,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale in 2021 was 2,275,000 Yen/sqm, up 12.9% from 2020 (2,015,000 Yen/sqm) and up 21% from 2019 (1,880,000 Yen/sqm). This was a renovated apartment on a mid floor. It sold for 32% more than it previously traded for in 2020 and has been the most expensive reported sale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis since the building was completed in 1994.
