Mori Trust is planning a 26-story mixed-use hotel and office tower for the corner of the Akasaka-Mitsuke intersection in Tokyo. Construction is scheduled to start in August 2022 with completion expected by February 2025.

The 140-meter tall tower will have a total floor area of 31,000 sqm.

The 2,400 sqm site is currently home to the Akasaka Mitsuke MT Building. The 12-story office building was built in 1975, and acquired by Mori Trust in 2006. It was originally the Tokyo Suntory Building, with beverage company Suntory the main tenant. 

Other hotels in the vicinity include Akasaka Excel Hotel Tokyu, Hotel New Otani, and The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho.
