Park Court Akasaka Hinokicho The Tower is a luxury high-rise apartment building adjoining Tokyo Midtown. When off-the-plan apartment sales began in late 2015, there were an average of 1.9 buyers per apartment. The building was designed by Kengo Kuma and features a concierge, gym, roof deck, and various resident lounges and function rooms. There are currently no sale listings in the 322-unit building. The average resale price to date in 2021 is around 3,505,000 Yen/sqm, up 23% from 2020 (2,850,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment was on a high floor but did not have park or Tokyo Tower views.

Aoyama Park Tower is a 34-story high-end apartment building located a few hundred meters from Shibuya Station. There are currently just 2 sale listings in the 314 unit building with an average asking price of 2,800,000 Yen/sqm. The average sale price to date in 2021 is around 2,620,000 Yen/sqm, up 20% from 2020 (2,185,000 Yen/sqm). This was a large apartment on a high floor. It sold for 32% more than it was previously listed for in 2017 and has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.

All new apartments sold out 3 months prior to completion of the building. There is currently 1 sale listing in this 84-unit building with an asking price of 2,479,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment sold for 18% less than it was originally listed for in 2017, but has appreciated by possibly as much as 70% since brand new.

It has been the 3rd reported resale in this building to date. It sold for 5.7% less than its price when brand new.

Current asking prices in this building are around 2,400,000 Yen/sqm, with just 3 apartments listed for sale. The average sale price to date in 2021 is around 2,145,000 Yen/sqm, up 7.3% from 2020 (2,000,000 Yens/sqm).
