The building was designed by Kengo Kuma and features a concierge, gym, roof deck, and various resident lounges and function rooms. There are currently 4 sale listings in the 322-unit building, with an average asking price of 3,500,000 Yen/sqm. Resale prices to date in 2020 have ranged from 2,175,000 ~ 3,210,000 Yen/sqm. This was a compact apartment on a low floor. It sold for approximately 20% more than its price when brand new.

The average asking price is 3,835,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment was on a low floor. It may have sold for 45% more than it’s off-the-plan price.

Current asking prices range from 2,535,000 ~ 4,040,000 Yen/sqm. This was a corner apartment on a high floor. It sold for 15% more than an identical apartment a few floors up sold for in 2017 and has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.

It has been the second most expensive reported resale in this building on a  price-per-square-meter basis to date, selling for 15% more than an identical apartment a few floors down sold for in June.

The average sale price to date in 2020 is around 1,090,000 Yen/sqm, up 0.5% from 2019 (1,085,000 Yen/sqm) but down 1.5% from 2018 (1,107,000 Yen/sqm). This was a corner apartment on a mid-floor. It sold for 7% less than an identical apartment a few floors up sold for in early 2017.
