The average resale price in 2019 was 1,850,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment was on a high floor. It sold for approximately 20% more than its price when brand-new.

Park Court Chiyoda Fujimi The Tower is a 40-story apartment building located close to Iidabashi Station in Chiyoda-ku. When sales began in late 2012 the average price of a new unit was around 1,435,000 Yen/sqm. The entire building had sold out by early 2013, 12 months prior to completion. Despite having 505 units, there are currently just 3 sale listings with an average list price of 2,155,000 Yen/sqm. This was a south-east-facing apartment on a mid floor.  It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date. It sold for 5.4% more than an identical apartment a few floors up sold for in late 2019.

The property is located in the wealthy Bancho neighbourhood on the western side of the Imperial Palace. When new, apartments were priced between 1,000,000 ~ 2,150,000 Yen/sqm. There have only been 3 publicly reported sales in the 68-unit building since its completion in 2003, with this apartment being the most expensive on a price-per-square-meter basis.

Crest Court Sadohara is a vintage apartment building located near the Kagurazaka district in Shinjuku. Originally built as a high-end rental, it was converted into a condominium a few years ago. This was a penthouse apartment with roof terrace. It sold for 42% more than it previously traded for just four months earlier and has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.

The Conoe Daikanyama is a 13-storey apartment building in front of Daikanyama Station. There are currently 4 sale listings in the building with an average asking price of 2,145,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price in 2019 was 2,005,000 Yen/sqm, up 13.9% from 2018 (1,760,000 Yen/sqm) and up 5.5% from 2017 (1,900,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment sold for 12% less than it previously traded for in 2016.
