The residences on floors 36~46 are without a doubt the some of the most luxurious apartments currently available in Japan. This has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date, selling for about 8.5% more than the last publicly reported sale in 2018. There are currently just 2 sale listings in this building with an average asking price of 4,720,000 Yen/sqm.

The average price when brand new was around 2,800,000 Yen/sqm. There are currently 21 sale listings in the 163-unit building with an average price of 3,100,000 Yen/sqm. The average asking price of an apartment over 100 sqm is around 4,000,000 Yen/sqm, and 2,750,000 Yen/sqm for apartments under 100 sqm. There have only been four publicly reported resales in this building to date, with an average resale price of 2,660,000 Yen/sqm. This has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date. The average resale price to date in 2019 is 1,000,000 Yen/sqm, down 2.4% from 2018 (1,025,000 Yen/sqm) but up 0.8% from 2017 (992,000 Yen/sqm). This has been the lowest reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis for the year.
