Located in a hilltop position atop the Motoazabu district The 5-storey building has 32 spaciously-sized apartments and is 300 meters from the Azabu Juban restaurant street and 800 meters from Roppongi Hills. Prices range from 2,300,000 ~ 5,500,000 Yen/sqm.

FEBRUARY


GRAND LE JADE SHIBUYA TOMIGAYA


Size: 47 ~ 77 sqm (513 ~ 838 sq.ft)
Pricing: 66.9 ~ 159.9 million Yen

A 12-storey building located 600 meters west of Yoyogi Park. The average price is around 1,500,000 Yen/sqm.


PARK COURT AKASAKA HINOKICHO THE TOWER

Pricing: 155 million ~ 1.5 billion Yen

Situated in Akasaka and on the northern side of Tokyo Midtown with views over Hinokicho Park. The building was designed by Kengo Kuma. Sales began in November 2015 and all apartments had sold out by early 2016. Penthouse apartments were priced around 7,000,000 Yen/sqm. There are now a small number of units listed for re-sale, with an average asking price of around 3,700,000 Yen/sqm. Approximate gross yields are around the 2% range.

Located 200 meters west of Yoyogi Park and a 1 minute walk from Yoyogi Koen Station on the Chiyoda subway line. The 12-storey building has just 35 apartments. Completion is scheduled for December, with apartments to be delivered to buyers from February 2019. Sales began in January 2018. The average price is around 1,900,000 Yen/sqm, with smaller apartments on lower floors priced around 1,500,000 Yen/sqm and larger apartments on higher floors priced around 2,100,000 ~ 2,700,000 Yen/sqm.
