This is a 41-storey mixed office and residential tower located 450 meters west of Akihabara Station. In 2013, this apartment was previously advertised for 1,827,000 Yen/sqm, indicating an appreciation of around 24% over the past two years. When sales first began in 2011 (during a depressed time in the property market), the average price in this building was around 1,225,000 Yen/sqm. In 2015, the average sale price has reached 2,092,000 Yen/sqm, up 71% since new. In the past 12 months alone, sale prices in this building have increased by 35%.

This apartment is south facing with views of Tokyo Tower. This has been the most expensive sale per square meter in this building to date. Located less than 400 meters south of Toranomon Hills,  this has been one of the last remaining luxury high-rises in central Tokyo to see a steep rise in prices. Until recently there have been some comparatively well-priced apartments in this building. Recent sales prices are up about 40% from 2013 and 12% from 2014, although this particular apartment traded 37% higher than average sales prices in 2014. The current advertised price in this building is now 1,860,000 Yen/sqm.

This is a 36-storey tower located just east of Azabu Juban Station. This has been the highest sale per square meter to date in this building. The apartment was on a high floor with views towards Tokyo Tower and Roppongi Hills. It sold in a very short period of time and with no discount. The average sale price in this building in 2015 was around 1,874,000 Yen/sqm, up 24% from last year and up almost 60% from 2012.
