Park Mansion Akasaka Hikawazaka 2

All 36 apartments in Mitsui Fudosan’s Park Mansion Akasaka Hikawazaka have now sold out.

The two and three-bedroom apartments were priced from 164 ~ 680 million Yen. With an average price of 2,190,000 Yen/sqm (2,000 USD/sqft), this is among the most expensive apartment buildings in Tokyo.

The high-end 13-storey building is located across the street from the US Embassy Housing Compound and next-door to Sunwood Akasaka Hikawa.

It is due for completion in September 2014, with delivery in October.

The building is being built to the highest earthquake-resistant standards with a base-isolation (menshin) system. This is the most expensive option and is usually only reserved for high-rises. It minimises the swaying and shaking in an earthquake and reduces the risk of furniture and valuables falling over.
