Details of the Shibuya Station Sakuragaoka Entrance Redevelopment were recently made announced. As part of the major redevelopment of the Shibuya Station redevelopment, the Sakuragaoka Entrance Redevelopment located to the south-west side of the station will include two office buildings and a 32-storey mixed-use residential/commercial building.
At this stage it is unclear whether the apartments will be available for sale or rent only. Given their proximity to Shibuya Station and the limited residential development in this area, they will be in high demand.
Completion of the Sakuragaoka development is expected by 2020. The entire Shibuya Station redevelopment, which includes a 250m tall office tower, is due for completion by 2027.
