Villa Bianca is a landmark vintage apartment building in Harajuku, and the first of the ‘Villa’ series of apartments. It opened in 1964 – the same year as the Tokyo Olympics, and was featured in Time Magazine.

The building is located alongside Meiji Dori which leads to Harajuku and Shibuya. The first floor has retail space for restaurants, while the units above are a mix of residences and small offices. Of the 45 units, 10 were kept by the developer as rental units.

Villa Bianca is apparently over the current legal capacity limit, so if it was to be rebuilt it cannot be built to the same total size. In 2013, there were discussions about re-building.

This is a studio-type apartment/office on the 4th floor. The corner unit is north-east and south-east facing. It includes a spacious terrace balcony with olive trees, an interior that was renovated into an office space in September 2015, and a 3.79 sqm trunkroom storage space in the basement.

The estimated rent of this property is approximately 300,000 ~ 350,000 Yen/month, which could result in a potential gross yield of around 5.15 ~ 6.01%. NOTE: Estimated rent and gross yield is provided as a general guide only and is not a guarantee of actual achievable rent now or in the future.

The building is managed by Shuei Kosan. Car parking may be rented separately subject to availability.
