The Parkhouse Gran Minamiaoyama is one of the latest luxury condominiums from Mitsubishi Jisho Residence’s ‘The Parkhouse Gran’ series of condominiums. It is located right in the heart of Omotesando and is 200 meters from the Prada Boutique.

Features include doorman, concierge, and private taxi / limousine service.

Of the 101 apartments, only 20 were made available for sale, with 81 going to landholders and participants of the project. Given the very prestigious and exclusive location, and the extremely limited supply of apartments, interest in this project was extremely high and all apartments sold out on the first day of sales. There were an average of 9.6 purchase applications made on each apartment, with the most popular apartment receiving 63 applications. The largest apartment in the building was priced at around 3,500,000 Yen/sqm.

The building was completed in August 2016 and apartments will be ready for delivery to buyers from late November 2016.

This is a 2-Bedroom penthouse apartment on the 7th floor (the top floor of the building). It is south-west facing and includes a large living area with a total floor area of approximately 86 square meters (927 sq ft) with an open-plan kitchen, a separate guest toilet, two bathrooms (one master ensuite with bath tub, and a shower room for the second bedroom), walk-in closet and storage closet.
