The Parkhouse Gran Chidorigafuchi is one of the best-positioned luxury apartment buildings in Tokyo, offering outstanding views of the vast Imperial Palace grounds, the Cherry blossom tree-lined Chidorigafuchi moat, and the Marunouchi business district in the distance.

The building was completed in 2015. Since then, only 3 apartments have been offered for re-sale.

All 22 apartments offered for sale by the developer during a pre-sales event held in September 2013 sold out on the first day. The remaining 51 apartments are owned by the former landowner and available for rent only. As at August 2017, only 2 of the 73 apartments in the building were advertised for rent.

This apartment is priced to sell. It is priced almost 30% below what a similarly sized apartment on the same floor was listed for in 2016.
