The apartments would be best suited as second-homes for business people working in Tokyo. Due to the immediate surroundings, the neighborhood may not be as suitable for families with children. It is is 100 meters downhill from the Roppongi Crossing and towards the ANA Hotel. In order to get to transport or to shopping you need to cross the Roppongi Crossing. It is also right in front of the 2-level Metropolitan Expressway. The surrounding area on this side of the street is not particularly desirable as a residential area as the neighbouring buildings include bars, clubs and adult entertainment venues.
