The Parkhouse Gran Minamiaoyama is a luxury condominium from Mitsubishi Jisho Residence’s ‘The Parkhouse Gran’ series of condominiums. It is located right in the heart of Omotesando and is 200 meters from the Prada Boutique. When new, apartment prices ranged from 1,900,000 ~ 3,460,000 Yen/sqm, with an average price of 2,300,000 Yen/sqm.
Of the 101 apartments, only 20 were made available for sale, with 81 going to landholders and participants of the project. Given the very prestigious and exclusive location, and the extremely limited supply of apartments, interest in this project was extremely high. The largest apartment in the building was priced at around 3,500,000 Yen/sqm.
Features include doorman and concierge. Cafe services will be provided co-operation with the Anniversary Cafe.
Car parking is limited to 66 spaces, of which 50 will be flat-type parking and 15 will be machine parking. Since parking is limited, owners of President and Premium Suites (eg. apartments over 145 sqm) will receive preferential selection for parking spaces.

Along with Mitsui’s Park Mansion, Mitsubishi’s The Parkhouse Gran is one of the most luxurious condominium brands in Japan. The brand was introduced in 2013 and they have already completed two projects – The Parkhouse Gran Sanbancho and The Parkhouse Gran Chidorigafuchi in Chiyoda-ku. Prices in Chidorigafuchi were around 2.4 million Yen/sqm when sales began in 2013, which made it the most expensive apartment building in Japan since 2008. A lot has changed in the past two years, with a number of older high-rise buildings also seeing similar prices on re-sales. Apartments in Toranomon Hills Residence are now above 4 million Yen/sqm.
