Brillia Towers Meguro is a large-scale redevelopment project located on the eastern side of Meguro Station. The 80 billion Yen project includes two residential towers (North and South) containing 940 apartments, as well as a 27-storey office tower. The site was previously a bus depot and several low-rise buildings. Redevelopment discussions began as early as 2005.

279 of the 940 apartments went to original landholders, with the remaining 661 units offered for sale. The North Residence has 524 apartments (including 204 landholder-units), and the South Residence has 416 apartments (including 75 landholder-units).

Apartments on floors 30 and above are considered ‘premium residences’ and have interiors finished with a higher grade of materials than apartments on lower floors.

This is a 36-storey, 416-unit apartment building located near the Tokyo waterfront area and 1.4 kilometers from the Ginza district.

The building was completed in November 2017 with apartments delivered to buyers from February 2018.

When new, apartments on the 35th floor had an average price of 2,035,000 Yen/sqm, while apartments over 100 sqm had an average price of around 1,900,000 Yen/sqm. Apartments over 100 sqm can only be found on the top 3 floors of the building.

Atlas Nishiazabu

It is located 270 meters from Hiroo Garden Hills and 700 meters from Roppongi Hills.

The building was completed in October 2017.

The site was originally home to a small private residence and block of flats.

The Parkhouse Gran Azabu Sendaizaka

The Parkhouse Gran Azabu Sendaizaka is the latest in Mitsubishi Jisho’s ‘The Parkhouse Gran’ series of high-end condominiums. The ‘Gran’ projects are the most luxurious offerings by the developer, with apartments typically priced over the 2,000,000 Yen/sqm range, and selling out prior to completion.

The site was formerly home to the Pinecrest Katakura expat apartment building. Open House Development had previously acquired the site, but sold 90% to Mitsubishi Jisho in late 2014. Mitsubishi Jisho Group is the top supplier of apartments in the Azabu area in Minato-ku, including Azabu Juban, Azabudai, Azabu Nagasakacho, Azabu Mamianacho, Nishiazabu, Higashiazabu and Motoazabu, but this is their first ‘Gran’ series in the neighbourhood.

It is an elevated site that is near Sendaizaka Slope, and a 9  minute walk from Azabu Juban Station. This particular part of the neighbourhood contains a number of very large and expensive private detached homes which can easily cost upwards of 1 billion Yen each.

The building contains just 11 apartments, of which only 9 were made available for sale.
