The art-deco villa across the street was built in the early 1900s as the holiday home for Prince Takeda-no-miya of the Japanese Imperial Family. The family’s main residence was a Neo-Gothic mansion in Takanawa, Tokyo, which is now the guesthouse of the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa.
The land is freehold and zoned as a Category II Mid/High-Rise Oriented Residential Zone. There was a building on this land until it was demolished in 2009.
It may be possible to build a structure with a floor area of no more than approximately 200% of the size of the land, and with each floor no more than 60% of the land size. Height limits may reduce the maximum possible building size, so buyers are strongly advised to consult with an architect to find out exactly how big they can build on this lot.

Zushi Station is approximately 50 ~ 55 minutes by train from Shinagawa Station in Tokyo.
