Park Court Nogizaka The Tower is a 25-story apartment building located just west of Tokyo Midtown and above Nogizaka Station.

The tower includes 88 apartments, of which 45 went to original landholders and 43 were offered for sale. This is the redevelopment of the former 8-storey Nogizaka National Court apartment building that was built in 1978. The redevelopment was announced back in 2012.

Construction was initially scheduled to start in mid-2015 with completion by mid-2017. The building was completed in February 2019 with apartments to be delivered to buyers from April 2019.

There are 26 machine-type car parks for the 88 apartments.

The developer, Mitsui Fudosan Residential, has also recently developed two other Park Court high-rises in the neighbourhood, including Park Court Aoyama The Tower and Park Court Akasaka Hinokicho The Tower.

The developer had special requirements with this project that they would only sell to buyers who are purchasing an apartment as their own personal residence or as the personal residence of a family member. They would not allow sales to investors or those looking to rent the apartments out.
