 ABOUT

Grande Maison Omotesando is a 6-storey condominium located across the street from the Aoyama Gakuin University and an 8 minute walk from Omotesando Station. Although the address is Shibuya, it is right on the border with the Minami Aoyama address in Minato-ku.

The 21 apartments are a mixture of 1 ~ 3-Bedroom units.

Sales began in April 2016 and all new apartments had sold out by Decmeber 2016. When new, apartments were priced from 100 ~ 310 million Yen, with an average price of around 1,755,000 Yen/sqm.

The building was completed in December 2016, and apartments were delivered to buyers from late January 2017.

The Ministry of Finance had previously owned the land and former building and sold it in March 2014 for 838,000,000 Yen, which works out to around 1,275,000 Yen/sqm. This price is lower than current market prices for residential land in the Omotesando area.
