It was built using the base isolation (menshin-kozo) method of earthquake-resistance construction which is the highest grade available and reduces the level of swaying in an earthquake.

It includes 492 apartments, of which 88 are SOHO-type and will have their own separate entrance, concierge counter and meeting room. SOHO-type apartments may be used for home offices, including law firms, staffing agencies and design firms. Certain types of offices are not allowed. The apartments are smaller studio-types with sizes ranging from 34 ~ 44 sqm.
