ABOUT THIS BUILDING

Azabu Kasumicho Park Mansion is an 8-story apartment building located in the popular expatriate neighborhood of Azabu/Hiroo. It is also a 9-minute walk to Roppongi Hills. The street in front of the building is a slope called “Ushi-zaka” which was a traffic route from ancient times and is named after the oxcart that would have travelled up and down the hill.

When sales began in 1999, 91 of the 92 units were priced over 100 million Yen. The average price when new ranged from 95 to 520 million Yen. Buyers could select from interior design options from 3 different designers, including award-winning French interior designer, Andrée Putman. Kitchens were custom designed for each buyer. In total, there were 51 different apartment plans available.

The grounds are superbly landscaped and feature a sweeping entrance with porte-cochere. A selection of trees from the original site were over 90 years old and were transplanted. American landscape architect, Nancy Goslee Power, was commissioned to design the Italian garden.
