Homat Oak is located in a quiet street just off Sanko-zaka slope in Shirokane.

The building is across the street from a stately mansion that was once the residence of the founder of the Seiko Watch Corporation. The estate sold in 2014 for around 300 billion Yen to a Singaporean developer who plan to build luxury apartments on the site. Major construction company, Takenaka, have a private club and reception venue on the other side of the estate.
