Homat Commodore (Demolished)

Homat Commodore was a rental-only building located in an upmarket area in Roppongi. From historical times, this area home to many wealthy residents. Nowadays it is a small enclave of high-end, low-rise apartments – many of which were built during Japan’s economic bubble.
It is only an 8 minute walk to Roppongi Hills and is near the International House of Japan and the Singapore and Philippine Embassies.
This building is owned by Yushutatemono and units were only available to rent.
Demolition:
From June 2012, Homat Commodore was demolished and replaced with Roppongi Placid.
