The average price when new was around 2,300,000 Yen/sqm. There are currently just 4 sales listings in the 101-unit building with an average asking price of 3,600,000 Yen/sqm. 3 of the 4 units are leased to tenants with gross yields ranging from 2.7 ~ 3%. This has been the highest reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.
