As of July 2019 there were 12 apartments listed for sale, down from 23 listings at the end of March. The average asking price was 2,315,000 Yen/sqm and the average apartment size was 72 sqm (775 sq.ft). The average sale price to date in 2019 is around 2,010,000 Yen/sqm, up 4.7% from 2018 (1,920,000 Yen/sqm). This was a larger apartment on a high floor. It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.
