Primarily a rental apartment building, this was one of a number of units that were given to original landowners as part of the redevelopment. This apartment sold for approximately 4.7% more per square meter than a similar apartment sold for in early 2018. It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.
|Brillia Towers Meguro (2017)|
Brillia Towers Meguro is a multi-tower high-rise office and residential complex located on the eastern side of Meguro Station. When new, apartments on floors 30 and above had an average price of 2,435,000 Yen/sqm, while lower floors were priced around 1,700,000 ~ 2,010,000 Yen/sqm. The building was completed in December 2017. As of July 2019 there were 12 apartments listed for sale, down from 23 listings at the end of March. The average asking price was 2,315,000 Yen/sqm and the average apartment size was 72 sqm (775 sq.ft). The average sale price to date in 2019 is around 2,010,000 Yen/sqm, up 4.7% from 2018 (1,920,000 Yen/sqm). This was a larger apartment on a high floor. It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.
|The Parkhouse Shirokane 2 Chome Tower (2018)|
The Parkhouse Shirokane 2 Chome Tower is a 27-storey high-rise located near Shirokanedai Station. When new, apartments were priced around 2,000,000 Yen. There are currently just 2 sale listings in the 172-unit building with an average asking price of 2,515,000 Yen/sqm. There have been two reported resales to date. This was a relatively large apartment on a high floor. It sold for 1.4% less than its off-the-plan price.
|Park Court Nogizaka The Tower (2019)|
Park Court Nogizaka The Tower is a 25-storey apartment building located near Nogizaka Station and Aoyama Cemetery. When new, apartments had an average price of around 2,400,000 Yen/sqm. There are currently 8 resales in the 88-unit building with an average asking price of 2,600,000 Yen/sqm. This was a compact apartment on a low floor. It has been the third reported resale in this building to date. The average sale price to date in 2019 has been around 2,380,000 Yen/sqm.
|Grand Suite Azabudai Hilltop Tower (2014)|
A 29-storey high-rise located near the Russian Embassy and Tokyo American Club. When pre-sales began in 2013, apartments had an average price of around 1,360,000 Yen/sqm. There have been just 8 reported resales in the 166-unit building over the past 5 years. This was a south-facing corner apartment on a high floor. It sold for approximately 24% more than another apartment on the same floor sold for late last year.
|Wellith Arisugawa (2013)|
Wellith Arisugawa is a 4 minute walk from Hiroo Station. When new, the average off-the-plan price was 1,630,000 Yen/sqm. There are currently 7 sale listings in this building with an average asking price of 2,200,000 Yen/sqm. There have been just 4 reported resales in this building to date. This apartment sold for approximately 23% more than its price when brand new.
|The Parkhouse Gran Minami Aoyama 4-Chome (2018)|
A recently-completed luxury condo located an 8 minute walk from Omotesando Station. Sales were held entirely off-market, with no public advertising. All apartments sold out prior to completion. There are currently 6 sale listings in the 36-unit building with an average asking price of 2,400,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment ended up selling for 20% less than what it was first listed for. There have been two reported resales in the building to date.
|Branz Shibuya Tokiwamatsu (2017)|
This is a 13-story apartment building located a 13 minute walk from Omotesando Station. When new, apartments were priced between 1,325,000 ~ 2,050,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment ended up selling for 30% less than what it was first listed for in late 2017.
|The Parkhouse Harumi Towers Krono Residence (2013)|
Part of a two-tower complex including the neighboring Tiaro Residence (2016). Together, the two towers contain 1,744 apartments. When new, apartments in Krono Residence were priced at around 770,000 Yen/sqm by the developer. There were 31 apartments listed for sale in this building as of July 2019, up from 27 listings in Oct. 2018, with an average asking price of 1,080,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price to date in 2019 is around 1,010,000 Yen/sqm, down 1.5% from 2018 (1,025,000 Yen/sqm) but up 1.8% from 2017 (992,000 Yen/sqm).
