The current asking price in this building is around 2,260,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price to date in 2019 is around 2,190,000 Yen/sqm, up 3.4% from 2018 (2,119,000 Yen/sqm) and up 14.4% from 2017 (1,915,000 Yen/sqm). This was a corner apartment on a mid-floor. It sold for 77% more than an identical apartment a few floors down sold for in late 2008 and has been the second highest reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.

It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter-basis to date.

The building was completed in November 2014, and all new apartments had sold out by March 2014 – 8 months prior to completion. There are currently just two sale listings in the 252-unit building, with an average asking price of 1,990,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price to date in 2019 is around 1,667,000 Yen/sqm, down 1.2% from 2018 (1,688,000 Yen/sqm) and down 2.5% from 2017 (1,710,000 Yen/sqm). This was a compact apartment on a mid-floor. It sold for 4.8% more than an identical apartment on a higher floor sold for in 2015.

This has been the highest reported resale in this building to date on a price-per-square-meter basis. It sold for approximately 41% more than a similarly-sized apartment on the same floor sold for in 2014.

The average sale price in 2018 was 1,730,000 Yen/sqm, up 9.1% from 2017 (1,585,000 Yen/sqm) and up 21% from 2016 (1,430,000 Yen/sqm). This unit was on a low floor. It has been the only reported sale in 2019.

As at the end of May 2019 there were 38 apartments listed for sale, down from 49 at the end of February. The average asking price was 1,170,000 Yen/sqm. When new, the average off-the-plan price was around 920,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price to date in 2019 is around 1,037,000 Yen/sqm, down 6.3% from 2018 (1,107,000 Yen/sqm) but up 0.2% from 2017 (1,035,000 Yen/sqm).

There are currently 12 apartments listed for sale, but only 1 sale has been reported to date in 2019. 2016 and 2017 both saw annual reported sales of 15 units, while sales in 2018 dropped to just 5 units. This was a compact apartment on a high floor. It sold for approximately 23% more than an identical apartment a few floors down sold for in 2012. The average sale price in 2018 was 816,000 Yen/sqm, up 5.3% from 2017 (775,000 Yen/sqm) and up 2.6% from 2016 (795,000 Yen/sqm).
