There were 20 apartments available for sale as at the end of September 2018, up from 9 listings in March. The average size of an apartment listed for sale was around 83 sqm (893 sq.ft). There have been just 2 reported resales in this building to date in 2018 with an average sale price of 2,055,000 yen/sqm, up 7.9% from 2017 (1,905,000 Yen/sqm) and up 16.4% from 2016 (1,765,000 Yen/sqm). This was a compact 2-Bedroom apartment on a high floor. It sold for approximately 29% more than an identical apartment one floor up sold for late last year.|
|Park Court Roppongi Hilltop (2012)|
|A 27-storey, 270-unit high-rise located near Roppongi Itchome Station and Izumi Garden Tower. When new back in 2012, the average sale price was around 1,400,000 Yen/sqm. There are 7 apartments currently listed for sale in this building with an average asking price of 2,340,000 Yen/sqm. There have been 2 reported sales to date in 2018 with an average price of 1,915,000 Yen/sqm, down 13.5% from 2017 (2,215,000 Yen/sqm) and down 12.2% from 2016 (2,180,000 Yen/sqm). This apartment sold for approximately 6% less than an identical apartment a few floors up sold for in late 2017.|

Only 1 of the 164 units in the building was listed for sale as at the end of September 2018, with an asking price of 1,615,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price to date in 2018 is around 1,700,000 Yen/sqm, up 5.6% from 2016 (1,610,000 Yen/sqm) and up 12.6% from 2015 (1,510,000 Yen/sqm). In 2007, at the peak of the previous mini-bubble, apartments were selling for an average of 1,980,000 Yen/sqm. This was a relatively large corner unit on a high floor. It has been the 3rd most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date and has been the largest apartment in the building to have sold.|

|Park House Nishiazabu is a 7-storey apartment building located a 4 minute walk from Roppongi Hills. When new in 2000, the average apartment price was around 1,450,000 Yen/sqm. There is currently just 1 sale listing in the 51-unit building with an asking price of 1,650,000 Yen/sqm. This was a relatively large apartment on a mid-floor. It sold for approximately 28% more than it previously sold for just 4 months prior, after having been renovated. This has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.|

|A 36-storey high rise in the Azabu Juban area with concierge, gym, guest suite and resident lounge. Current asking prices in this building are around 2,000,000 Yen/sqm. The average sale price to date in 2018 is around 1,910,000 Yen/sqm, up 4.7% from 2017 (1,825,000 Yen/sqm) and up 3.8% from 2016 (1,840,000 Yen/sqm). This was a spaciously-sized 1-Bedroom apartment on a low floor. It sold for approximately 8% more than an identical apartment a few floors up sold for in 2016.|
|The Conoe Daikanyama (2016)|
|The Conoe Daikanyama is a recently completed building in front of Daikanyama Station. There are currently 8 sale listings in the building with an average asking price of 2,300,000 Yen/sqm. The average resale price to date in 2018 has been around 1,760,000 Yen/sqm, down 7.4% from 2017 (1,900,000 Yen/sqm) and down 14% from 2016 (2,050,000 Yen/sqm). This was a corner unit on a low floor. It sold for 16% less than an identical apartment two floors up sold for in 2016.|
