The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company sold their head office building in Oi Town, Kanagawa, to coffee and tea mail-order company Brooks Holdings for 2 billion Yen (25 million USD) this month.

The sale includes the 600,000 sqm block of land and an 18 story building with a total floorspace of 85,000 sqm. The land is valued at 28.2 billion Yen (352.5 million USD). The building was completed in 1967.
